I suffered a complete tear of my ACL in 2012 during a fairly innocuous game of soccer. I went through the grueling process of surgery and extensive rehabilitation to get myself back healthy and fully fit. I decided to turn that experience into a positive one by writing an iBook that contains all the lessons, techniques, nutritional habits, mental training, and physical exercises that I learned along the road to a full recovery. I want this to help people avoid knee injuries in the first place, and to help those of us who are injured bounce back as soon as possible. There is light at the end of the tunnel. My treatment and recovery
